BetMGM Sportsbook’s latest welcome bonus is a crafty two-part offer that rewards new players just for signing up with the site. The first part consists of a juicy no-deposit bonus of $50 in free bets on the house. After that, new users can trigger the second part of the bonus by making an initial deposit and placing a wager up to $1,000 on any sports market or event offered at BetMGM. If that bet doesn’t work out, BetMGM will have you covered with a full reimbursement in the form of free bet credits!
In order to claim your BetMGM welcome bonus, follow these three simple steps:
- Register for a brand new BetMGM account using bonus code HANDLE50. You will receive your no-deposit $50 free bet once this process is complete.
- Make an initial deposit of at least $10 or more.
- Place your first bet up to $1,000 on any sports market or event type.
If your first bet with the site is a winner, congrats! You’ll get paid out in cash per usual and the promotion ends right then and there. But say your selection comes up short – BetMGM will have your back with a 100% refund up to $1,000 in the form of free bet credits.
Eligible players will receive their free bets within 24 hours of bet settlement and must use them within 7 days or they will expire. Any amount lost over $50 will be credited in increments of 20%, meaning a player who lost $100 would get back five (5) free bets worth $20 each.
It’s also important to note that free bet credits only pay out the winnings, never the stake on any bets won. For example, if a player used a $25 free bet on a selection at +100 odds and won, they would only get back $25 in winnings. If the same bet was placed and won using cash, the player would get back their initial $25 stake plus the $25 in winnings, totaling $50.
Note: You must place your risk-free bet up to $1,000 before locking in your no-deposit free $50. If you use that free $50 first, it will qualify as your first wager with the site and make you ineligible for the risk-free $1,000. Don’t miss out! Use BetMGM bonus code HANDLE50.

Cowboys vs Giants Betting Preview
Monday Night’s NFC East showdown between the Dallas Cowboys (1-1) and the New York Giants (2-0) will feature two teams facing unfamiliar circumstances. For Dallas, they’ll be led by backup quarterback Cooper Rush for the second consecutive game after losing longtime starter Dak Prescott to a hand injury in Week 1. As for Big Blue, they’ll look to build upon the club’s first 2-0 start in six years by taking down one of their biggest rivals on primetime under the lights.
BetMGM Sportsbook currently has the Giants listed as a slim 1-point favorite for tonight’s matchup, while bettors can snag Cowboys moneyline at -105. The game’s total is set at just 39.5 points, which is tied for the second-lowest of Week 3 behind Thursday Night Football’s Steelers vs Browns matchup. Let’s get into the participants:
Cowboys +1 with BetMGM
Cowboys HC Mike McCarthy and company will enter MetLife Stadium exuding newfound confidence following last week’s upset victory over the Cincinnati Bengals. After failing to muster more than a field goal in the team’s season opener against Tampa Bay, Dallas silenced the critics with an impressive wire-to-wire victory at home as 7.5-point underdogs. They will now hit the road for the first time in three games and attempt to pull even in the standings with the undefeated New York Giants.
Although both games featured Dak Prescott at the helm, Dallas made quick work out of the Giants in each of the teams’ previous two meetings. The Cowboys downed the Giants at Jerry World with a final score of 44-20 in Week 5 of last season before storming into MetLife during Week 15 and shutting them down to lock up the season sweep, 21-6. It is worth noting that Giants QB Daniel Jones suffered a concussion in the first game and was forced to exit early and also missed the rematch due to a neck injury, so he’ll be getting his first real crack at Dallas since they split the series in 2020.
This one should come down to the defense for the Cowboys, as they’ve held their competition under 20 points in each of their first two games and will now face a struggling offense that hasn’t necessarily lit things up, posting 21 and 19 points across two narrow victories. Jones will have very little margin of error against this defense and should he turn the ball over even once, things could get ugly fast. Look for Cooper Rush to do just enough to guide Dallas to victory for the second straight week behind a sound defensive performance and a boost from the league’s most consistent rushing tandem in Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard.
The Cowboys are currently -105 on the moneyline with BetMGM.
Giants -1 on BetMGM Sportsbook
Giants HC Brian Daboll has clearly jumpstarted a cultural reset in East Rutherford, as he has Big Blue off and running to its best start since 2016. Firing out of the gates with an undefeated record through two weeks, New York has a massive opportunity on its hands as they get to face the rival Dallas Cowboys at home without their leader and star QB Dak Prescott available.
New York has looked much-improved on the defensive end to begin this season, holding opposing quarterbacks to a measly 54.8% completion percentage through two games and should have no trouble lowering this number against a backup quarterback playing away from home. Where they will need to improve is on the ground, as the Big Blue defense is currently allowing opposing rushers to rack up 4.9 yards per carry, tied for the 6th-worst mark in the NFL. If the defense can manage to cut down that number and stabilize Dallas’ run game early on, it’ll further the pressure on Rush and force him into uncomfortable situations where he’ll have to throw the ball – usually leading to mistakes.
As for the Giants, if Daniel Jones can replicate last week’s flawless performance (flawless by his standards) that featured no turnovers by the offense, there is definitely a clear path to New York starting 3-0. As highlighted above, Jones could also be just one mistake away from blowing up Daboll’s entire script, meaning tonight’s game will ultimately decided by the turnover battle. Don’t expect offensive fireworks.
